 Kevin Anthony White is a licensed master barber/stylist and American Board Certified Haircolorist with over 30 years of experience in professional hair care. He is the owner of a salon, founder of AKW Consulting Services LLC, and an international technical consultant for Avlon Industries, where he educates on healthy hair science, product knowledge, and advanced techniques across the U.S., Caribbean, Europe, and South America. A respected educator and ABCH evaluator, Kevin is passionate about elevating industry standards and helping professionals achieve excellence in hair care and color. 

 Dr. Santresa Rolonda Weldon is an American Board Certified Haircolorist, licensed cosmetologist in both Georgia and California, and a Doctor of Professional Cosmetology. With over two decades of experience, she has traveled internationally as a stylist, served as a technical consultant for Avlon Industries, and educated countless stylists and students across the country. She is also a certified trichologist, salon owner, educator, gospel recording artist, and published author of Purpose In My Pain: My Breast Cancer Story (2024). Passionate about giving back, she mentors through community programs and continues to empower beauty professionals with her expertise in textured hair and color. 

 Mia Odum is a Master Cosmetologist, Board Certified Hair Colorist, and Certified Texture Specialist with over 28 years of experience in the beauty industry. A celebrated platform artist and 21-year salon owner in suburban Atlanta, she is known for blending innovative color techniques with scientific precision. As a Technical Consultant for Avlon and Brand Ambassador for As I Am, Mia has mentored countless stylists while elevating standards in textured hair care and color. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Cosmetology, she continues to inspire, educate, and transform through her artistry and expertise.
